Feminine & Masculine | Your Sexual Energy is Your Creative Energy

In this episode, I take listeners deep into the territory of feminine and masculine energies, and how they shape our relationships, businesses, and sense of self — especially for mature women. I start by exploring the wounded versions of both energies: the Wounded Feminine, with its people-pleasing, self-doubt, and overgiving, and the Wounded Masculine, marked by overachievement, emotional detachment, and a relentless need for control. These patterns, I explain, are survival mechanisms that often originate in childhood wounds or even trauma we might not recognize.
I share how women in midlife often swing like a pendulum between these two wounded states — overcontrolling one moment, collapsing into emotional exhaustion the next. The healing process involves slowing down, listening to ourselves, and meeting our needs internally instead of outsourcing our worth to others.
Sexual energy plays a central role in this conversation. For mature women, once child-rearing years are behind them, this same life force can be redirected into creative expression and business-building. Balanced masculine and feminine energies become the foundation for an empowered, whole self.
